Brad Spencer became a valued part of the Ledge family as a Finance Executive back in 2012. His extensive experience has helped him build a reputation for creating funding solutions that truly recognise a business’s worth and bring positive results to our clients across a variety of industries.

Starting his career at Westpac in 1987, Brad gained a broad range of experience working throughout Australia, offering all kinds of finance solutions, Equipment Finance, Business and Working Capital Solutions, funding of Mergers/Acquisitions, and Management Buyouts, along with Property Investment and Development Finance.

Brad loves helping people and finds great joy in solving problems, achieving successful outcomes, and celebrating the success of those around him – clients, colleagues, and peers alike. He also enjoys building friendships and sharing friendly, respectful banter with everyone he interacts with.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending quality time with his wonderful wife and three sons, following local AFL football and cricket, and occasionally sneaking in a round of golf.
