James Ahern joined Ledge Finance in 2023.
Having spent two years working in a client relationship role in the financial advice industry, becoming a Finance Executive at Ledge represented an opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team and pursue my passion in the commercial finance industry.
Since joining Ledge, James has had the chance to work closely with some amazing businesses across the mining services, cranes & lifting and civil construction industries, and has enjoyed delivering strong outcomes for his clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and previously served as a sitting secretary on the Notre Dame School of Business Investment Committee.
James loves all things sports and Fremantle-related (the place, not the football team—he’s an avid Geelong supporter!). He’s also passionate about mental health—speaking out, removing stigma, and involving himself in causes that provide education and resources to help people experiencing mental health issues.
