Hi friends,

I wanted to take some time this month to talk to you about the important role people play in business…

Many factors contribute to being successful in business, including having the right products and services, appropriate business strategies and plans in place, and having efficient working processes. However, without people to produce and sell these products and services, and execute the strategies, plans and processes there would be no business.

Even in these days where many leaders believe it is all about being ahead of the pack with the most advanced technology, your organisation does not exist without your people.

The people within an organisation play a huge role as they provide the vision, innovativeness and motivation which keeps it alive, along with the knowledge and skills that give you a competitive advantage.

Then there are the people outside your organisation who provide you with additional support to ensure your business is successful, for example your strategic partners, shareholders or your clients.

People have always been essential to an organisation. I guess what I’m trying to say is that Ledge wouldn’t be where we are today after being in business for almost 40 years without the quality of our staff and the people around us.

So, thank you to our clients, past a present, to the lenders and financiers we work closely with every day and to the team at Ledge!

As the years have passed, we have adapted to the changing market conditions as they present themselves and the knowledge, expertise and cooperation of our people amazes me each and every day and it makes me proud to be the Managing Director of Ledge.

That’s all from me for now. I wish you all a fantastic month in business.

Cheers,

Phil.
